Can I cancel my recurring service?


Yes, of course! The service is not contract based. You make a payment every time after we complete the service. The cancellation process is complete hassle-free: you can skip, reschedule or cancel services by visiting the scheduling page.




What types of payment do you accept?


We want to make your payment process as convienent as possible. We accept cash, check and all major U.S. credit cards and most internationally issued cards, including those with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB or UnionPay logo. We also accept payment through invoice, Apple pay, Venmo, Cash appand PayPal.




Are there any contracts, or hidden fees?


Duster&Daisy Green Clean Service, LLC is a performance-based service company. We don't ask clients to sign any contract. You make a payment after the cleaning service is completely delivered. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel our service anytime.

There are no hidden fees. After payment, you will receive a digital receipt with all the cleaning items listed.
However, you do need to pay sale tax. We are required by Texas State Law (Title 34, Part 1, Chapter 3, Subchapter 0, Rule §3.356) to collect sale tax on the services we provide. Learn more here.




Do I get a receipt after the payment?


We utilize a third party payment processing company Square. You will receive a digital copy of receipt sent from Square after you make a payment in-person or online.
